1. Tidelands (2018)

A Netflix original, Tidelands plot is about a former criminal who has returned to her fishing village. But when a body washes ashore, she starts to unravel all the town’s secrets. We’re sensing a weird, intriguing and mysterious vibe and we’re sure it’s going to be a hard one not to binge.

2. The Letdown (2016)

A hilarious slapstick sitcom, Letdown is about new mom Audrey, who joins a support group for parents, leading her to make quirky new friends, whilst dealing with the rollercoaster that is parenthood. It promises to make you laugh and give you all the warm and fuzzy feels.

3. Pine Gap (2018)

A binge-quickie if you will, Pine Gap is a mini-series with only 6 episodes, where a team of Australian and American analysts work together to keep one of the world's most important joint intelligence facilities secure. Everyone loves a good spy thriller!

4. Cargo (2017)

If 2020 has helped us develop a taste for a genre of films, its post-apocalyptic dramas and Cargo is one that does not disappoint. Cargo is set in a world that has been overtaken by zombies. In this world, protagonist Andy is seeking a safe home for his child. Even though its a zombie-flick it does have its emotional moments - you have been warned!

5. Glitch (2015)

A small-town Aussie cop that usually deals with petty crime, was suddenly called to the local cemetery in the middle of the night after six deceased people have inexplicably risen from the dead in perfect health but with no memory. Sounds like quite the plot to us!

6. Rake (2010)

A talented yet self-destructive Sydney barrister who's known to his enemies and media, as “a dishonest lowlife who spends his days defending society's scum and his nights carousing with them”. The show follows Cleaver's average working week specifically highlighting the disgraceful and tawdry tales of dishonour and deceit, and it’s entertaining as hell!

7. Jack Irish

It’s about a Melburnian and former lawyer that sticks his nose in all the wrong places and is on a one-man mission to solve any cold cases that seem impossible to solve. Get ready to enjoy this amazing and dark show with a side order of a chicken parmi and an XXXX beer.

8. Sisters (2018)

An emotional and witty series, with an off-beat plot. It revolved around Julia, whose life takes a weird turn when her father, admits that he used his own sperm during his career and could have fathered hundreds of children and Julia sets out to discover just how large her newfound family is.

9. Wanted (2016)

This thrilling show centres on two women, Lola and Chelsea who find themselves in the middle of a huge criminal conspiracy, they go on the run across Australia in a car filled with stolen money. The smashing cliffhangers will make it hard to stop watching!

10. Paper Planes (2014)

A family-friendly watch, Paper Planes is about an 11-year old who wins the paper plane making contest at his school, which leads him to prepare for the World Paper Plane Championships in Tokyo (who knew that was a thing!). Along the way bond with his dad is a heart-warming watch that all age-groups will enjoy.
