Netflix Party is the way that everyone is going to be hanging out during the coronavirus outbreak. Itβs basically a Google chrome extension that you can download, so you can watch Netflix with your mates and chat about it in sync.
Netflix Party lets you watch shows at the same time as all of your friends and adds a group chat to the screen so even if you are self-isolating you can watch tv like youβre still all together. Amazing.

Itβs as if Love Is Blind predicted the future where weβd all be talking to each other in our own little pods and if you havenβt already watched that (seriously trash) that should 100% be the first show to watch on Netflix Party with your mates. But be warned you will binge it all in one night, I donβt make the rules.
Hereβs how to get Netflix Party
Head to the Google Chrome Store
Download the Netflix Party extension
Head to Netflix and choose the show you want to watch
Click on the extension button at the corner of your browser and click βstart partyβ
Copy the URL provided and send to your friends
And there you have it. Youβre watching the same show and you can chat about it with your mates all the way through. The perfect way to spend your time while self-isolating.
You can also customise your Netflix party by choosing a fun user icon and nickname. Upload screenshots, emojis and GIFs for even more excitement!
