WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
You need to help this company with their analysis that will help them provide insights into the kinds of people who win and if there is a pattern when it comes to their personal strategy, and their attitude. For example, an "I came with nothing, I can leave with nothing’ mentality" or a similar mindset.
They will also need you to spot any game show hacks and patterns across game shows.LIke are there common topics when it comes to general knowledge questions, or how people make their decisions etc.
Essentially you will watch a variety of high-risk, general knowledge game shows like The Wheel, The Chase and Pointless, where contestants can win big money but can also lose everything with one wrong answer. You will need to take notes about the factors mentioned above to help guide content for their new entertainment blog - I guess it would be like a guide to how to do well in game shows for future contestants.
The job is remote so you can literally carry out your responsibilities from your couch!
What qualifications do you need for this role?
Applicants from all countries are welcome but must be over the age of 18 to apply.
Applicants must be fluent in English.
Competent writing skills are essential for the candidate to give feedback about each episode.
Applicants must have access to a device and internet connection to watch episodes and provide feedback.
A love for game shows and quizzing is preferred.
So nothing too specific apart from watching tv, speaking English and being of age - great!
How much does the job pay?
They will pay you about $1800 per month for the first 3-months, with an opportunity to extend the contract depending on success and demand. In return they expect you to watch 10gae shows per month and provides notes on them.
Additionally, they will also cover your streaming and or any other resource you need to complete your duties.
