4. Your bedding can change the entire aesthetic of your room

If you’re not keen on picking lots of decor for your room, after lighting I recommend you focus on your bedding and duvet sets. If you’re going for more bare walls look then you should pick a more eye-catching print, pattern or texture for your duvet set or if you;re going decor heavy then pick a plain set with a colour that matches your room’s aesthetic.

They’re sustainable, good for you and make a smashing addition to your room decor. It feels scary getting your first plant, but from my experience, they are easier to care for than I thought (you just have to pick the right ones). Also, you can throw some fake plants into the mix if you’re nervous about taking on too much responsibility! If you need some inspiration I absolutely love all the ideas in this Tik-Tok
