TikTok is flooded with viral bite-size dance choreographies and they are a lot of fun, so why not integrate that into your workout?. This TikTok workout by fitness YouTuber Maddie Lymburner or known as MadFit has created a 15-minute cardio-routine that features some of the most popular TikTok dances.
The workout has a mixture of bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and punches get your muscles working to the beat of bangers like Roxanne, Say So and Savage!
Try this routine and have a little indoor dance party. Fair warning, its a lot harder than it looks but its definitely going to be a regular in our workout rotation.
