Monopoly, $1 menus and now freebies? Damn Maccas is really serving us some of the best fast food deals!
Late last year, Maccas soft-launched their MyMacca’s Rewards program, which is essentially a fast-food Flybuys! Which can help you score free food and drinks. Clearly, it was a hit, because as of March 3rd they've made it accessible across the country.
How does the MyMacca’s Rewards program work?
It's a point-based system where you get 100 points for every $1 you spend. So if you get a big-mac meal you could accumulate 1345 points.
You will have to download their app as you do for any of their campaigns.
You will have to collect a minimum of $2500 points to land a free item from their menu including but not limited to McCafe coffee, Cheeseburger, Fries and Big Mac.
Listen this is a perfectly valid excuse to justify your "post-night-out" 10 pcs nuggies meal - it's basically like you're getting paid to eat it. It's what I'm telling myself anyway!
Here's a breakdown of what you can get with your MyMacca’s Rewards:
2,500 points: McCafé coffee of any size, Hamburger, small soft drink, Apple Pie or apple slices.
5,000 points: Bacon & Egg McMuffin, Cheeseburger, large Fries, McFlurry or Crispy Snack Wrap.
7,500 points: Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, McChicken, Filet-O-Fish or Classic Chicken Salad.
All you will have to do is order via the app, which is great because you don't have to que up or hope those self-order machines are actually working or not.
