Bakers Are Going Crazy For This Mouth-Watering Cadbury’s Mini Egg Recipe

Bakers are sharing this Cadbury mini-egg giant cookie pie recipe with each other, and it’s as delicious as it sounds!

This is a perfect dessert recipe for the upcoming Easter season (or for the weekend) because it has because its a cookie, a pie and has chocolate eggs in it! The recipe is inspired by @fitwafflekitchen and boasts a soft and gooey cookie dough, loaded with white chocolate chunks, Mini Eggs and stuffed with Cadbury’s milk chocolate spread, queue the drooling…

Ingredients: 

  1. 200g unsalted butter, softened

  2. 250g light brown sugar

  3. 2 egg yolks

  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  5. 320g plain flour

  6. 1 tsp baking powder

  7. 300g Cadbury’s spread

  8. 100g white choc chunks

  9. 200g Mini eggs + some for the top

Instructions:

  1. Add butter, brown sugar and blend

  2. Add eggs yolks, vanilla extract and blend

  3. Add flour and baking powder and blend

  4. Add 200g mini-eggs and white chocolate chunks and fold into the batter 

  5. Separate the dough into 2 balls, spread one layer of the dough, then layer with Cadbury chocolate spread, finally top it off with another layer of the dough. Add some mini-eggs on top and pop into the oven at 160C (fan) for about 15-20 mins.

  6. Let it cool in the tin and then serve and ENJOY!
