These Countries Are Opening Their Borders For Your Post Corona Holiday

Start planning your holiday itineraries again because these vacation-hubs are re-opening their borders!

1. The Bahamas

The Bahamas are opening their borders to International tourists from 15th October but will require all visitors to quarantine for 14-days. However, from 1st November, they have announced that they won’t require them to quarantine, just temperature checks at the airport.

The beautiful beaches, tropical views sounds like just about what we need right now.

2. Brazil

One of the first countries to open its borders, there are flights that are approved to land in Rio and Sao Paolo. All they need is for you to have valid insurance that covers Covid-19 and a valid visa (If you require one).

3. Cuba

Cuba has opened its borders, so salsa on to one of the most beautiful countries and underdog travel destinations and get away from the horrors of 2020. The only condition is that you are required to test on arrival, but it’s free so it’s not a real deal-breaker.

4. France

One of the few countries they opened their borders to outside the EU is Australia! So if you’re an Australian citizen you can travel to France. A long walk in the city of lights, soaking up the sun in Nice and eating delicious French food sounds like something we can get on board with!

5. Germany

Another country that has opened up its borders to Australian citizens is Germany, with no mandatory quarantining time as well.

6. Spain

Get your appetites ready for some delicious Tapas, because Spain has opened its borders to selective countries that included Australia. There are no quarantine or testing requirements if you want to travel to Spain.

7. Turkey

Again, Turkey has opened its borders to Australia amongst other countries like Canada. It doesn’t have any quarantine or testing measures you need to comply to, however, they do have certain restrictions regarding social distancing and face masks that you would have to follow when you’re in the country.

8. The Maldives

The Maldives has opened up their heavenly beaches to all countries. However, you will need to show proof of a negative Covid-19 test that was taken in the last 72 hours and will need to go through thermal screening. Anything for some good old relaxing beach time right?

9. Dubai, UAE

Dubai has opened its borders for international tourists, all you need is to have proof of a negative Covid-19 test taken 96 hours before boarding, download an app to monitor health conditions, and have travel health insurance.
