Queensland Is Finally Reopening Its Borders to NSW and Victoria
Get ready to re-plan your Christmas holidays, because Queensland is finally opening its borders to New South Wales and Victoria.
The sunshine state is saving Christmas, and we can make plans to hit the Queensland beaches and reunite with our fellow Queenslanders from December 1st and they can travel to NSW and VIC too.
Premier Palaszczuk said the easing of border restrictions would likely to boost tourism, in particular on the Gold Coast and at Cairns where the loss of international visitors had a major economic impact. We’ve never been more excited to support the economy via tourism.
If you’re keen on travelling for Christmas, we would not recommend waiting too long because people have already been booking their flights and prices will spike soon. We’d get in on the action sooner than later if we were you.
We have to say, Christmas 2020 is looking up!
