Here's An Easy Breakfast Recipe To Surprise Your Parent With On Mother's Day

It’s an all-time favourite gesture - breakfast in bed! So we’ve got you covered with the easiest recipes that you can whip up even if you have zero cooking skills!

Every good breakfast needs 2 things, and that’s food and coffee - we have found easy recipes for both that you need to try on Mother’s Day morning.

1. Salted Caramel Iced Coffee

Method:

1. Brew your coffee and put it aside.

2. Take another glass and pour in the caramel and a pinch of salt and pour your coffee over it and let it cool.

3. Finally, pick your serving mug, fill it with ice and pour your delicious salted caramel coffee mix into the mug

4. Top with some delicious whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel and a tiny sprinkle of salt and enjoy!

2. Banana Bread Baked Oats

Method:

1. Blend oats to make it like flour-like consistency in a mixing bowl

2. Then add some baking powder, egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend blend blend

3. Fold in the banana and chocolate chips (don’t blend it) mix with a spatula or spoon

4. Pop into the oven at pre-heated 180C for 15 minutes.

5. Take out of the oven, cool and dig in!
